Recently my dog got ahold of my hearing aids since I left them on my nightstand. I was panic stricken as starting a new job and major challenges I called 4 companies told appointment only which was a week away. I called and spoke with nice receptionist by the name of Ruth who understood my situation immediately. She invited me to drop in with any pieces of the aids remaining. Upon entering this office I was introduced to the specialist name Caesar (Ruth’s Husband) who explained everything thoroughly. I told him I couldn’t afford 7 or 8000.00 dollars. He tested my hearing more thoroughly than anyone else ever. Advised me,guided me,loan me a new set for a week which was a pleasure. I purchased them for less than anyone companies prices by over 600.00 and financed within 15 mins. Returned for a checked and said NEVER HAVE I BEEN SO PLEASED IN 27 years wearing hearing aids. I have to share the great experience and care my mom received here. After visiting numerous audiologists that were rude and even broke her hearing aid trying to adjust it, we are lucky to have found Dr. Hernandez who has made a life changing difference for her. FINALLY she can hear properly after 2 other doctors failed to test her correctly and fix her hearing aids. Dr. Hernandez as well as Ruth at the front desk treated my mom like family and were not after just after money, they truly cared about her hearing and satisfaction with their service.
